Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and laju8 ("laju8", "we", "us", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the laju8 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at laju8.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing laju8 gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback credits, or other incentives granted by laju8 and subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" refers to the laju8 website at laju8.cam, including all games, betting markets, payment interfaces, and ancillary services.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is subject to a self-exclusion order, or is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies to all gaming and betting activities on the Platform without exception.
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from laju8 or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of laju8 or any associated partner entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are opening the Account for your own personal recreational use and not for commercial exploitation or professional gambling purposes on behalf of any third party.

4.1 Registration. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update your account details promptly if circumstances change. laju8 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. laju8 will treat any activity conducted under your Account credentials as authorised by you.

4.4 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify laju8 support immediately at [email protected]. laju8 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4.5 KYC Verification. laju8 operates a mandatory KYC process. Before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to submit a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., MyKad, Passport), proof of address, and documentation verifying your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Methods. laju8 accepts deposits in MYR via the following approved payment methods: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank (online banking and FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20), and LTC.

5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimums are displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform. laju8 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are from a lawfully obtained source. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Currency. All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.5 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically processed instantly. FPX and bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation and are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. laju8 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

6.2 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC process as described in Section 4.5. laju8 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.

6.3 Processing Times. laju8 targets the following processing windows, subject to verification status: e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target ranges, not guaranteed timeframes, and may be affected by third-party processing delays beyond laju8's control.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the Platform at the time of withdrawal.

6.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus funds, after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, may be withdrawn, subject to any maximum cashout limits specified in the relevant bonus terms.

6.6 Suspicious Activity. laju8 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending investigation of any suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Company will endeavour to notify the User within a reasonable timeframe.

7.1 General. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available by laju8 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×15 means the bonus amount must be wagered fifteen times in total). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — refer to the specific promotion page for game contribution rates.

7.3 Maximum Bet. While utilising bonus funds, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is MYR 250 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spin credits expire in accordance with the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

7.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is limited to one claim per Account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts or methods will be treated as multi-accounting and handled accordingly.

7.6 Modification and Withdrawal. laju8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, where circumstances require. Existing bonus balances will not be affected by retrospective changes.

8.1 Game Rules. All casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets on the Platform are governed by specific game rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet or wager, you agree to the applicable game rules.

8.2 Sports Betting. Bets placed on sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), the UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events are subject to laju8's sportsbook rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, and payout calculations.

8.3 RNG Fairness. All casino games utilise independently certified random number generation (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) rates are accurate representations of long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.4 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or disputed game outcome, laju8's decision, made in good faith and based on available server records, shall be final. laju8 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8.5 Obvious Errors. laju8 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds that were placed or accepted due to an obvious error in pricing, odds, bonus amounts, or game parameters. Users will be notified and stakes returned where applicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited Person;
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or gaining an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or the Platform infrastructure;
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider;
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or degrades the experience of other players on the Platform.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the laju8 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software, is the property of laju8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of laju8.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, laju8 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

11.2 laju8's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 laju8 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free of technical errors. We undertake reasonable efforts to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

11.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that laju8 bears no responsibility for any losses sustained through gameplay conducted in accordance with these Terms.

laju8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. We provide the following tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable within your Account settings.
• Session Reminders: Configurable time alerts notifying you of the duration of your active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account suspension periods of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, activated on request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term Account closure for players who wish to stop gambling entirely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during gameplay displaying elapsed time and net session balance.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

laju8 implements 256-bit SSL encryption and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from the Company's operational funds.

laju8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, laju8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform, by email, or by prominent notice on the laju8.cam homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure.

The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under laju8's international operating licence. Nothing in this Agreement creates or implies any obligation on the part of laju8 to comply with Malaysian domestic gambling regulation, as no licensing regime for online gambling operators currently exists under Malaysian law.

Malaysian players access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under Malaysian law, including the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. laju8 does not provide legal advice and recommends seeking independent legal counsel if you are uncertain about the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute between you and laju8 arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms provided under the applicable international licensing framework.
